Permitted Use: Portable signs are permitted in all non-residential land use districts, subject to the issuance of a development permit.

Maximum Area: The maximum area of any sign is 18.0 m² (193.8 sq. ft.), unless otherwise specified.

Placement Restrictions:

  • Signs must not obstruct or be confused with traffic control devices or pose hazards to traffic.
  • They should not cover architectural details like arches, sills, or cornices.
  • Wiring and conduits for electrified signs must be concealed.
  • No part of a sign may encroach onto adjacent sites, roads, or lanes without a registered agreement between landowners.
