Leduc County Portable Sign Bylaws
“Temporary Sign” means a sign that is not permanently affixed to a building, or other irremovable structure, or to the ground
- Permission from the landowner or representing agent is required in order to obtain a valid permit.
- No part of the sign may obstruct traffic view;
- be located no less than 1.0 m from any property line; and
- maintain a separation distance of 61 m from another portable sign.
- Illumination of Signs shall be subject of review and approval by the Development Authority in consultation with the City of Leduc Engineering Services and other affected agencies.
- A Temporary Portable Sign shall not be fastened to the ground on a permanent Foundation.
